Yo i'm basically finishing my braces treatment for overbite and now that i'm taking them off in like a few months i saw this thing on tiktok that elastic braces fuck your face up
I saw a lot of people talking about how elastics fuck your jaw and i'm currently what like wearing them for the 4th time or something?
They told me to wear my elastics like this all four times and i have beem doing it for a long time:
I'm worried about the fact that braces can fuck me up and to summerize the whole treatment what they did is
1. I had some of the teeth pushed back and they pushed them forward (hopefully not backwards to fit them i cannot tell)
2. I had an overbite and they fixed it (as far as i know the upper teeth were forward
3. Fix a little bit of crookedness on some teeth. (Don't mistake it for crowding)
Fortunantely they didnt remove any of the teeth whatsoever and before you say it i didnt need a fucking expander my teeth werent crowded, they fit well. I just not realized how bad it would be.
Am i cooked or am i safe pls tell me
