That’s the definition. If you make up 15 percent of the world like whites it’s not reall elitism just larp. Just like han Chinese can larp as elites even if they are the largest demographic in the world but they are just rape babies. You need a bloodline and special cultural heritage to truly engage in elitism. A white person can be elitist but not due to him being white alone. Real elitism exist among people like Zoroastrian Iranians and mafia members even. I cringe when some redneck from texas says muh white is superior and shows some completely different phenotype and model living halfway accross the world as proof .
