Currently going through the trenches and back, on NAC, seems to be helping, however if possible I want to sort of void emotion for now to focus on my studies (been on Nac for a week seems to be helping) I’ll probably continue and update the thread for anyone interested but if anyone else knows any suppressants let me know! (Doing it so I can lock in studies)

Stupid greycel start smoking crack you won't give a fuck about anything except getting more crack.

Update on taking n-acetyl-cysteine (1200Mg daily)One I used

1 week in on taking a recommended dosage, certainly feel more numb (could be placebo) skin has felt slightly less inflame (could be placebo) but I do feel as though I am a lot more happy? Take things less serious? Focused? Will do another update in a week

Noticeable side effect has happened 3 days now- roughly 20 hours after taking (I take it at 7 am, so at like 5:30 the next day) I wake up overwhelmed with emotion, will update

Update- insomnia stopped after I moved dosage to a different time, I feel as though my skin has gotten better? (I’ve also been using salacilic acid)

Not a huge difference from my regular reality but I take things a lot less seriously now, almost puts it into perspective xd

Neither NAC nor salicylic acid will be of use for what you're looking for. SSRI/SNRI's are your best bet. They work quite well in this regard

I mean NAC, has obviously had its effects, it’s just over counter so.. of course

Watch porn and drink alcohol.
You will become a vegetable

If you really want to feel like a Psychopath , but also unmotivated , try fluxetine or any other ssri . A close family member died and I couldn't care less back in 2015.

a whole month in, does not seem to be any problems, no effect to anything but outlook on life:

- more inclined to wake up early
- locked in for work all the time
- more rational

wont update thread anymore since nothing will change past a month

would reccomend NAC for someone tryna lock in, or someone who overthinks etc

Ashwaganda has the side of effect of making you numb emotionally
