I've tried everything from psychedelics, meditating, long periods of isolation, getting on my knees and pleading god for forgiveness but nothing works - I always revert to a state of emotional turmoil, regardless of how much I 'ascend'

and i think there are certain esoteric methods that could work for benefits in ur life and mental health as well

but you have to research about it of course, something in the terms of manifestation but it's not the corny shit that u might think, ur choice

Anyways to be happy u need to make choices thatt maek u happy. How can u be unhappy if u keep urself busy with activites that improve ur life in the direction u want it? For me that's going to the gym, eating healthy, improving my looks, meeting girls, working on projects
