How much does stuff like teflon pans, polyester underwear, flouride in the tap water, etc really effect puberty? im 15 and am looking to switch this stuff out overtime since but just curious if its something to switch out asap

they aren't good for you, but it's honestly better to not stress abt it since i'd say stress is more catabolic than all of the ones you listed

especially if you hop on test, then they'll matter even less

Ideally you should minimize exposure to those in cases you can control. For example buy yourself cotton underwear, don’t cook your food in teflon, etc. However don’t take it too far, if your mom makes you food in teflon you should still eat it.

At the end of the day microplastics are in everything and you can’t change that, so it’s better to focus on what you can control.

even if it did matter you cannot control every variable to a degree which fixes the issue

just dont stress yourself with it

None of it makes a difference you are overreacting. Just workout and fix your body with steroids and drugs and your life will be great

negligible dont stress abt it much, fix whats easy like not having trash underwear then overtime convince ur parents to buy filters and better pans without sounding schizo

does it have to be organic cotton or just any 100% cotton is fine
