For me environment isnt that important for development but more for your current looks.
If you're an extremely good looking guy, you can look like shit because of environment like not showering, eating shit, rotting etc
but he can easily change with environment cutting, eating healthy...
but an ugly guy can never be good looking because of environmental factors.
Its about your true rating not your current.
