the big e works through a process called SARA
it goes in ur kidney cells to block aldostrteone
by blocking it it forces ur kidney to dump the sodium and water with zero impact on urr hormones Big e acts as a antagonist, occuupying the MR binding pockett so aldosterone cannot activate it
So when mr is blocked they prevent EAnC and baso lateral atpase bumps
So when its blocked sodium won't go back in ur blood
Sodium reabsorption will fuck the lumen negative electrical gradient across the tubel walll
Without this electricagradient the kidney cannot pump potassium
