what side effects do u get on hctz and whats ur daily dosing been looking like?
ive been switchign between 50mg every 3 days, to 25mg every other day and recently every single day. The side effects include terrible eye area decension from dehydration it seems, dry skin, kidney pains, constant tired look, eye dryness, terrible recovery after the gym, and horrible rebound bloating.
u should've sticked to 25mg every other day/50mg 3 days, have u been making sure that you're getting enough hydration throughout the day? But yeah eplerenone would be a better option cause it seems like you were using hctz too frequently.
I drink tons of water with electrolytes eveyday but yeah I ordered EPL to see if tht is better for me, I just hate being bloated around my girl. Hopefully 25mg epl everyday will be good. Thank you

I was on it for a bit I’m off it now, it works definitely after a week of use, it feels wayyyyyyyy better than HCTZ. I’d reccomend it if you care about health however it wasn’t like a crazy deblost effect. Just slightly noticeable

It works by blocking aldosterone which is elevated by things like PEDs, stress, unregulated electrolytes and other factors. Basically your body is told to excrete water and sodium, and not potassium. It is much more mild than other diuretics but you don’t look dryed out in a bad way which is good. It still works very well especially if you have high aldosterone.
