HYPERPHOSPHATEMIA
Erdafitinhib inhibits the FGFR in the kidneys which blocks normal signalling by FGF23, that usually instructs the renal tubules to excrete phosphate but now instead the kidneys reabsorb more phosphate back into the bloodstream, raising serum phosphate levels and thus causing hyperphosphatemia. We can mitigate this in nang ways such as...
BINDERS
Contrary to popular belief, Selevamer carbonate is not the most effective phosphate binder, a much better option would be
LANTHANUM CARBONATE
Which as shown in this study is the superior opt

For the UK you can use onedaytests.com
SUPPLEMENTS AND PRODUCTS TO AVOID
Check all supplements for phosphates
Vitamin D supplements
