Mine is not ideal. I will get Orbital Box Osteotomy to fix my ESratio and midface ratio.

I only need 6-7mm increase in IPD to have an ESratio of 0.46-0.47 and midface ratio of 0.97-0.98.

my IPD is 6.1 cm exact, but I'm just going to assume it to be 6.0 cm and my zygomatic width is 13.3 cm.

Mine's extremely close to yours (or exactly the same, you can't do an exact measurement on yourself though), it's 61mms wide with a 13.5-14cm zygomatic width.

My FWHR is 1.81 (14cm zygomatic width and upper lip to mid brow is 7.7cms). I have close set eyes, though it's still within the acceptable range.
