People assume the sun causes cancer, but the sun is carcinogenic only in certain scenarios. The sun burns fat under your skin, so if you consume unstable, easily oxidised fats you will be prone to sun damage.

You may think that if you have a pale complexion then sunscreen is necessary. This is incorrect, I was at the beach and used 0 sunscreen despite being relatively pale prior to sun exposure.

In order to achieve the same result you need to modify your diet. Specifically, you need to eliminate PUFA from your diet (polyunsaturated fats) like canola oil, seed oils. These are found in basically all fast foods and even foods at the grocery store, you need to be vigilant with what you eat and check the ingredients. Below is a basic outline of sources of PUFA.

If you still burn consume more saturated fat like meat, eggs and dairy.

If you burn EVEN AFTER ALL THAT, use a natural sunscreen like coconut oil, if you follow those steps this is very unlikely. The reason we dont want to use regular sunscreen is because of its endocrine disrupting ingredients.

could you tell more sources?
Vegetable/seed oils (soybean, sunflower, corn, canola, cottonseed, safflower)

Nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, pecans)

Seeds (flaxseed, chia, hemp, sunflower seeds)

Fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, herring)

Poultry (especially skin)

Pork fat from grain-fed animals

Processed/packaged foods (anything made with seed oils)

Mineral sun screen is not that bad but personally would just use whipped beef tallow if anything, the sun doesnt seem to give me su damage and gives my skin this healthy glow which i love, i wouldnt be afraid if im pufa minimized

If its impossible then use coconut oil or zinc mineral sunscreen, ultimately you need to keep your hormones pristine

I eat 0 seed oils for more than a year, still got sunburn at the beach. You just have to split the sessions into multiple days for not very long periods of time until your skin adapts and even then you can't be in scorching hot son tanning for 5 hours straight, otherwise you will be a lobster in excruciating pain for a week.
