Lift hard

Every month recalculate your maintenance calories based on your new weight.

Like most dudes he stores the majority of his fat in his stomach/love handle area. However, he also stores more than an average amount of his fat over his entire body (chest, legs, ass, arms, etc).

We can contrast this with Erik who stores very little fat on his arms/legs.

If you lost 25 lbs of pure fat and literally nothing else changed you would probably be at 13% (which usually means upper abs and some definition beginning to appear in the lower four).

If you lost 25 lbs of weight then some of it would be water, some of it would be less waste stored in the body from eating less, and some might be from muscle loss if you do the cut incorrectly. So 25 lbs of weight could mean you could still be around 15-17%

Main advantage of roids on a cut is that it allows you to have a bigger deficit without losing muscle. As a somewhat beginner to lifting you could also gain a decent amount of LBM on a cut with roids if your deficit isn't too big. Main issue people have with people with higher bf% using roids is that it may cause more estrogen side effects (which can be partially countered with an AI).
