It's also massively overrated. I use to be into Paradox games until I realized that underneath the complex UI there is actually very little depth. Most games play out pretty much the same way and there is rarely any method of turning the smaller countries into anything powerful so games are deterministic.

These games are boring af tbh most of your time will be spent doing nothing while the timer goes on.

Biggest cope i have ever seen, if you think like that then anyone could finish medical school given the time too but doctors on average have the highest iq's tested out of any non entertainment profession.

Go and try to conquer the HRE as an opm without seeing any guides and lets see how much that "simple" game will go on

Paradox games are the perfect example of a series where they confuse you into thinking there is depth by hiding the simplicity behind huge spreadsheets. These games are not as deep as you are making them out to be.

Technically true with eu4 but not Victoria 2 JFL that game is much more organic and high iq, all the guys who i knew played vic 2 religiously were these high iq nerds irl who did super well in school. Also you can install this mod for eu4 which makes it organic so its actually complicated af
