rn for lunch i have a bread roll w cheese lettuce and sliced turkey (not the normal turkey lile the ones u buy from the shop yk) and i also have grapes and almonds and a flapjack for carbs for gym
The roll is my main concern as it has like many things that r sloppish like the bread and the turkey and (maybe?) the cheese
How can i improve my lunch and what should i change it to obv taking into account cost and stuff mymum wont buy like steak or wtv everyday for lunch so just keeping it reasonable
