rn for lunch i have a bread roll w cheese lettuce and sliced turkey (not the normal turkey lile the ones u buy from the shop yk) and i also have grapes and almonds and a flapjack for carbs for gym

The roll is my main concern as it has like many things that r sloppish like the bread and the turkey and (maybe?) the cheese

How can i improve my lunch and what should i change it to obv taking into account cost and stuff mymum wont buy like steak or wtv everyday for lunch so just keeping it reasonable
 
remove bread, lettuce, flapjack, & almonds (or get unsalted) for semi-optimal
you can also buy ground beef for $4 a pound, so why not mix that with cheese and turkey with grapes on the side

The turkey is the sliced deli turkey kinda thing not real turkey also is the cheese fine then

Crack 5 raw eggs in a bottle of raw milk. Both lunch and gym fuel (although you shouldn't be gymcelling in the first place but whatever)

First off i dont want salmonella second off fym i shouldnt be gymcelling doing gym releases androgens and boosts gh and obv increases muscle mass
 
You literally just need a high protein low carb meal that’s it.
 
So will having just the grapes be enough carbs? Also the almonds rnt salted just roasted
you don't need carbs if your done growing (and if not, just eat more food in general)

There is literally nothing bad about bacteria. Just get the eggs and milk from healthy animals.

How is it not good also i dont think its rlly reasonable to eat 5 raw eggs a day and raw milk money wise cus eggs r expensive and raw milk is too also my parents wouldnt want me drinking raw milk we do have kefir or wtv tho lile homemade yogurt

Any protein source with carbs work this could be chicken,mince or fish

ideal would be raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk (all from a good farm)
 
Im mainly concerned abt hormones and stuff lile i sont wanna be eating slop during puberty and destriy my development
 
Just normal milk? Also its too expensive to have steaks everyday
js eat ground beef 😢 (i ment just cook everything as little as possible so it tastes good, but retains nutrition)
 
sure (but i'd really reccomend going with ground beef because of fat)
Im probably gonna do 3 days turkey 2 days ground beef cus i dont want gout and my parents womt like constant groumd beef
