How do I fix this
I’m in this rut where I can’t even wake up to make 2:00pm classes I skip class so much
Advice needed

I woke up at 4pm today so it’s already predetermined that I’ll be missing both my classes tomorrow because I just won’t be able to fall asleep

My sleep is all over the place too. Just got back from a night drive where I was cruising at 90 miles an hour on an empty highway so at least I was able to do something fun

There is one good way tho, do an all nighter and don't sleep during the day, u will sleep like a baby the upcoming night.

i have the same problem its either i dont sleep at all or sleep in the morning.
