Lowkey near 30% bf, i have always been a fat kid, i weighted 70kg when i was 13y and now being fat nigga isnt doable anymore, only landwhales like me on tinder( I know i'm a fat fuck myself, but atleast i have a nice a face, these fat bitches are ugly as fuck ).

I have some muscles (been on the gym for about 9 months)
Never tried doing a proper diet before, i do have some experience doing calorie counting as last year i did some calorie counting and lost 13kg( Lowkey depressing method)

I'm open to try calorie counting again but the way i did before was to inneficient, - 700kcal per day and relying only on my willpower to control the diet.
Do you guys have useful tips and med recommendation?(I'm Brazilian, we dont have reta here)
