1-deadlift : i understand if you're a powerlifter but for hypertrophy is a meme exercice, the risk to award ratio isn't worth it

2- behind the back lat pull down : ass, just do them normal

3-benchpress : this might be controversial but if you're goal is purely building muscle then dumbell press is superior in every aspect

4-dumbell lat pull over : ass cheeks only arnold dick riders do it

Agreed but deadlifts are fun af
 
isn't deadlift like a full body work out whi is it wrong?
