extreme acne scars from roidmaxxing, need clinic suggestions

have had this for 4 years now. By extreme I mean extreme. They have improved a lot over the years but my body looks disgusting particularly ny chest where there are raised keloid scars.

I don't know an affordable clinic to see abroad to deal with these scars, does anyone know? for SERIOUS scars only.

should have done it my first ever cycle, would have literally been life altering but i was on another acne med prescribed by my doc BEFORE i had even taken gear and i thought it would be strong enough. It was called limecycline lol. I was just an impatient retard with no impulse control.
