Eye Area asymmetry

I recently noticed that my eye area looks really uneven. I’ve known for a while that something looked off because my eyebrows don’t have a great shape, but now I think I found another reason. My left eye (the one on the right in the picture) seems to tilt downward more, which makes my face look asymmetrical. I know I also need to fix my eyebrows and I’ll work on that later, but how can I make my eyes look more symmetrical?
