Eye surgery morph advice

Need advice on which eye surgeries I need in order to fix my eye area to go from the before picture to the after picture, trying to go for the safest way and as little procedures as possible to avoid uncanny look. Idk which procedures or surgeons I should go too, Im in the US btw.

The biggest problem is that your scelera shows, that means your Upper maxilla is probably recessed and maybe your cheekbones not high enough.

Do we need orbital decompression for almond eyes if our eyes are not deepset and our protruding normally.
