Agreed his lower lids are still too saggy, all he needed was lower lid retraction imo. Needed a better before pic from a neutral front angle not lower looking up

EDIT: the more I look at it he might not have even needed that, but its still hard to tell if hes squinting in the first pic. His lower lids look more droopy in the after than the before
