eyedrops fixed my eyes

I've been having some problems with my eyes recently, like really bad eye irriation in public places, my eyes being extremely irritated outside and my eyes being a little red. I just got some eyedrops and my eyesight got 3x better like im seeing different shades of colors that wasnt seeing. My eyes became the whitest I've ever seen them. I'm gonna look into seeing a doctor b/c I might have a problem with tear production.
