Help me with my face debloating plan, my face is bloated and I want hollow cheeks.

I'll go to the gym 4-5 days a week and drink 4 liters of water everyday... I'll take magnesium and potassium supplements everyday, What's the perfect ammount of supplements should I take?

I am following his advices

face bloat = fat and/or recessed skull
lose weight and get to 10-12% bf and if you don't have hollow cheeks its because of your mediocre bones
supplements are cope

I am not fat but my skull is def recessed I am like 16 bf%
Supplements aren't cope, you can even be low bf% and have a lot of water retention... Potassium and magnesium help to lose water.

Even if I am slightly recessed I wouldn't say that my bones really "sucks" but I still look like this at 16 bf%

1. get lean
2. diet high in potassium (no supplements)
3. fasting and cardio for short term reduction in water retention

What's the difference between supplements and real food?

Can't buy... I have to not get discovered by parents, if I order stuff from the internet they'll notice
