I have a facepulling idea that im not sure about.
The idea is drill a whole into your wall and put a screw in it, then ancor a rubber band to it and place right behind your upper canines. Make sure its pulling forward and upperward of course. At the same time you could lay upside down on your bed so gravity is pulling your maxilla forward too, and just make sure youre close to the wall and the screw is higher up so its pulling your maxilla upperwards and forwards. Also for extra pressure you could lean back/down a little and also chintuck. While youre doing this you could be studying or chilling on your phone texting stacies.
Would this work and bring the maxilla forward? Would there be any side effects and would it be safe? thanks in advance for replies
