Is there a way to fake or alter results in a sleep apnea study for jaw surgery

i had a friend say he fake slept for half the time and tried to breath as softly as possible letting minimal air out, and then he actually fell asleep for the last half of the test which he also kept the same breathing pattern he was doing while he was awake and faking it, I'm gonna try and do that too

U can use ur phone i think just dont breathe much and stay awake lol

if you have actual jaw issues tho sleep study wouldnt matter to them
