I’ve started using the snake diet again to enable me to fast easily. I’m trying to drop the last 10 or so pounds of fat to become legit shredded. However I have one big obstacle.
I can’t fall asleep on an empty stomach. Even on ambien. Last night I tried a double dose, plus ashwagandha, plus cbd, beat my dick, couldn’t sleep.
So last night and two nights prior I ate a roughly 1000 cal meal after midnight after fasting all day.
I know fasting is better than typical extreme caloric restriction for maintaining metabolism and avoiding muscle loss, but will this small omad approach have these same benefits? Or am I gonna go catabolic and destroy my bmr?
