Been doing IF 16/8 for about 4 months have seen changes such as reduction in bloating also dropped bf%
Should i stop for a month and then start it again? For hormone optimization.

Please no low iq grey answers 🙏

dont stop in one go, expand the time window over a week so your body can adjust its metabolic rate so you dont gain 5kg fat in one week

Also one more thing i am 15 rn i am only hungry when i go to sleep or in the morning when doing IF is doing it at 15 self sabotage for height or nah

IF is self sabotaging fasting=starving dont fast at 15 get up and eat ur eggs in the morning

Bro i do eat in the morning i start fasting at 3 pm and end at 6:30 am

Idk how much i want i would say like 2k i dont count it but i def get enough protein and fiber
'I get enough calories'doesnt count his calories and did u just say fiber?gang trust me and shut up eat whenever you feel hnugry eat your fruits your red meat your eggs your dairy if u want sourdough bread or rice eat it EAT WHENEVER YOU FEEL HUNGRY you will thank me so much later on
