Just limiting consumption to the bare minimum to not feel hungry. Never overeating or gorging yourself on sweets. Making the food you do eat count, mainly meats and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water.

I can literally feel my body resetting, "detox" is a meme your liver and kidney automatically do that. However the added sugars and fats exiting your body are very real. My mind is clearer and I think quicker. I felt like a slave consuming all those seed oils and sugary treats.

Combine this with no porn, daily cardio+calisthenics, limiting screen time as much as possible and maximizing sunlight and you will feel great and live to 90.

The goal of these restrictions isn't to become a working machine, the goal is to enjoy life at a slower pace, to stop seeking immediate pleasure.

Becoming one of those accomplished old men who take nature walks in the afternoon sun is the ideal way to live.
Enjoy all the small details in life, creativity is born from limitation.

It's very brutal I know. A lot of people say reading the "Easy Peasy Method" helped them. Personally I don't subscribe to nofap ideology, I recognize the good in not masturbating/watching porn, however the way nofap views it is completely wrong. Long streaks shouldn't be the goal. There's countless studies that show regular cardio increases lifespan, endurance and lowers risk of countless diseases and conditions. Regular cardio is one of the healthiest things a person can do.

Yeah, just because humans ran to chase down pray doesn't make running good at all, obviously the consequences of them not running would be literal death from starvation, but in an optimal setting, they would have meat and never have to run. Running is directly stressful to the body, the reason people feel the runners high is because of the literal coping mechanism in your body releasing endogenous opoids to calm you down from the stress of it while cortisol gets raised to begin repairing your joints and muscles
