And the fact that the only raw veggie that ive seen kids like are carrots, which are a frankenstein artificial creation from the 19th century made to have a enticing color, more juice, much more sweet. Real carrots are thin with branching, white in color, and with almost no taste to somewhat bitter

People have completely obscured views on how real veggies actually look like, how incredibly non edible they look, they were vigorously transformed into having deep colors and volume to trick the human brain into thinking they are way more edible then in reality. Veggies would be stuff that humans would try to cope with in times of severe famine when meat was tough to find

and when i did my 8 day fast
things that i thought i would need surgery to fix were fixing itself
Like my broken teeth with a huge cavity in it
half of it grew back and filled it self
the warts on my fingers disappeared
even bunions on my feet being almost completely gone
i don't need you to tell me anything
but keep blue pilling people on fasting tho

Veggies are water, fiber and toxins, its not even slave food, its like eating air, the only delicious "veggies" are cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers which are not veggies in the first place but fruit. Spinach is literal leaves like the ones you see growing on trees. Even abused african slaves were fed cooked grains which actually give your body something unlike flowers and leaves

How'd you do 8 days? I did 48h and at the 40h mark my body was extremely tired and i was exhausted. Couldn't do more. But i do agree fasting and autophagy results in your body going into an accelerated healing state and a lot of ailments and diseases can be cured with prolonged fasts. I just wishi could get past 2 days.

basically i cheated
i wasn't working at the time
i tried to sleep as much as possible
tried to get 8 Litres of water in a day
but wanted to have as little cravings as possible
so i set a timer to do a 5 minute nap every 15 minutes
and i would sleep like 10 hours a day
but after the 8th day
i just couldn't take it anymore
but very exited with what i noticed when checking out the changes in my body
the h8uman body really is capable of insane things

Fiber is bad, at least in the amounts recommended, they are based on the assumption that you are eating the other grain material together with it. Humans can't digest fiber like other species, it has no purpose other then making you fart like a low class peasant and being told farting is normal like a good goyim. I have eaten just meat, milk and 2 banana the past 2 days and haven't farted once and only went to shit today with a very smooth low volume poop

I guess we need to up our electrolyte consumption. My mistake was just drinking water even thoughi knew i needed electrolytes for energy. I'm guessing you did the same. Too much water on its own will ruin electrolyte balance aswell. Tbh i always thought the body was capable of great self-healing prior to this year but I've gotten a bunch of health issues and body ain't healing shit so i lost faith andthink mybody is garbage. I have an anal fissure which is essentially a cut and it won't heal and more issues aswell. I might give fasting another go but this time with electrolytes.

But fruit is fiberous and obviously good for us. Not sure about fiber being bad. Carnivore diet or mostly meat will mean you shit less but constipation is a problem.

Thats insoluble fiber in fruit skin, soluble fiber like in grains that bloats you and make you fart like a cow is horrible

It's very brutal I know. A lot of people say reading the "Easy Peasy Method" helped them. Personally I don't subscribe to nofap ideology, I recognize the good in not masturbating/watching porn, however the way nofap views it is completely wrong. Long streaks shouldn't be the goal. Occasional masturbation is perfectly normal it's just that it needs to be limited to one a week or once every two weeks.

I currently do OMAD (One meal a day) and eat McDonald's for my one meal. I've lost 10lbs in the last month and it's so easy.

My McDonald's order is 2 mcdoubles, 1 medium fries, coke zero, and 2 chocolate chip cookies.

Yeah it's so easy. You could eat anything almost since it's very hard to eat over like 2000 calories in one meal.

I've personally hated other diets because I felt hungry all the time, but one meal where I eat as much as I want is satisfying for me.

During the rest of the day when I'm fasting I drink 0 cal energy drinks, diet soda, water, and vape since nicotine is an appetite suppressant

Just limiting consumption to the bare minimum to not feel hungry. Never overeating or gorging yourself on sweets. Making the food you do eat count, mainly meats and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water.

I can literally feel my body resetting, "detox" is a meme your liver and kidney automatically do that. However the added sugars and fats exiting your body are very real. My mind is clearer and I think quicker. I felt like a slave consuming all those seed oils and sugary treats.

Fasting regenerates stem cells:

Combine this with no porn, daily cardio+calisthenics, limiting screen time as much as possible and maximizing sunlight and you will feel great and live to 90.

Post I made describing asceticism:

Living a low stress, low desire, low indulgence lifestyle is the key to long term happiness.
I genuinely believe this.

Don't gorge yourself on tasty food, enjoy only in moderation and drink refreshing light teas (mint, peppermint, green).
Don't watch any porn/hentai, limit sexual thoughts.
Sex is the root of all male insecurity.
Don't wake up or go to sleep late, a strict sleeping schedule is a must have (ex: 8am-12am).

I'm not talking about becoming one of those ppl you see on YouTube who preach about having no furniture and always being productive.
The goal of these restrictions isn't to become a working machine, the goal is to enjoy life at a slower pace, to stop seeking immediate pleasure.

Becoming one of those accomplished old men who take nature walks in the afternoon sun is the ideal way to live.
Enjoy all the small details in life, creativity is born from limitation.
I tried intermittent fasting and felt rather tired a few Hours before breaking the fast. I do think that it had to do with the fact that the work was very demanding and required a lot of paying very much in attention. So in the work area it was hard to do and feel 100%

Outside of that I overall feel it boosts focus and energy when you don't have to worry about work, like especially weekends.

I think as long as your not doing some work that requires a lot of attention to detail then its possible to do it every day. Otherwise one might feel a drained a few hours prior to breaking the fast.
 
becareful on how you fast, i do 20hour everyday and 24 hour on fridays (dont eat anything from 7pm thursday to 5pm saturday) and i had very good progress in a month, i tried a 3 day fast and ended up eating 6000 calories a day after, 3000 for a couple days and 4000. still at a slight deficit but i lost most of the calories that i didint consume during the fasting period

otherwise with my 1 day fast + intermittent fast routine i ate 1500-2000cal and felt full all the time. no difference in skin looks etc but i eat fairly clean (al my sugar comes from natural sources, i eat wholegrain carbs meat dairy etc) so i wasnt expecting much
