How'd you do 8 days? I did 48h and at the 40h mark my body was extremely tired and i was exhausted. Couldn't do more. But i do agree fasting and autophagy results in your body going into an accelerated healing state and a lot of ailments and diseases can be cured with prolonged fasts. I guess we need to up our electrolyte consumption. My mistake was just drinking water even thoughi knew i needed electrolytes for energy. I'm guessing you did the same. Too much water on its own will ruin electrolyte balance aswell. Tbh i always thought the body was capable of great self-healing prior to this year but I've gotten a bunch of health issues and body ain't healing shit so i lost faith andthink mybody is garbage. I have an anal fissure which is essentially a cut and it won't heal and more issues aswell. I might give fasting another go but this time with electrolytes.it was hard af

i tried to sleep as much as possible
tried to get 8 Litres of water in a day
but wanted to have as little cravings as possible
so i set a timer to do a 5 minute nap every 15 minutes
and i would sleep like 10 hours a day

I do think that it had to do with the fact that the work was very demanding and required a lot of paying very much in attention. So in the work area it was hard to do and feel 100%Just limiting consumption to the bare minimum to not feel hungry. Never overeating or gorging yourself on sweets. Making the food you do eat count, mainly meats and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water.
I can literally feel my body resetting, "detox" is a meme your liver and kidney automatically do that. However the added sugars and fats exiting your body are very real. My mind is clearer and I think quicker. I felt like a slave consuming all those seed oils and sugary treats.
