So i am 15 and want to loose a little bit of fat buy also gain musclemass. I want to pin 1/week. Do you have any tips for Peptides that i pin once a week for muscle growth and fat loss? Cjc-1295 Dac? Hgh?

25 iu is a lot of hgh to run daily buy i will keep this in mind
no its not you are 15 you need it also might wanna push that insulin a bit higher to make sure you get those puberty gains

U should not take any IGF-1 boster at the age of 15, if u want to lose fat and build musclemass do a body recomp (eat at maintenance calories or slightly under) ans go to the gym, if u need any help for training or nutrition just dm me: korbi3008.puplic

But i want to take something to help me with speeding it up, i will buy melatonin fof better sleep.

melatonin is a good product but dont use it too often cuz it stops your natural melatonin production wich leds to worse sleep long term but you can use it if you know you need to get to sleep fast yk. 8-9 Hours of sleep should be default for you
