I got to like 48kg at 5,5 Id lost a shit ton of weight because of undiagnosed diabetes but my face was still a melon

Pretty much yeah. Actually my lower third is is over developed so I still have prominent jaw from side view at high bf
But from the front I always look bloated. I also have downward growth so probably that adds to the bloated look

if u r still fat it can be a metabolic issue, if not it can be bloat (just mantain a constant level of sodium), and if it still happen its caused by lack of bones (nutrient/hormonal problem during development) or downgrown

masseter is huge thing for me, im 16 so im coping rn with falim gum but its probably doing fuckall
we just need our fatty cheeks to be spread over a larger area to be thinner
so im gonna try fillers first as they A aren't permanent and B aren't as expensive and then its implants/botox

no nigga the opposite our masseters are probably too developed, I chewed the shit out of hard gum when I was 16, I still get random jaw pains and was close to getting tmj thats why I stopped. It cucked me now because the masseters are too big, Id highly reccommend stopping bro

i do hear you and i appreciate it but he had a great starting point my face is slightly pointy
when i flex or bite down on my masseters thats what i want it to look like all the time
but ill be carefu and research it more so thanks for the advice it could save me from whatever 'that' is

if you want it to look like that you need to lose the fat covering it, not to make it bigger. Its already their you end up over compensating for it.

I dont regret chewing because I know I would be thinking I missed out by not doing it but it wasnt worth the effort, much like bonesmashing, I used to go to school with cuts and bruises and feeling awesome because my zygos were popping. Only to realise the following day nothing changed. JFL if you do it now people will instantly know what you are doing

never doen boneshmashing really considered it for a bit though
after ive gained for muscle mass from a bulk i'll cut hard like show lean and if results are good i'll post a before and after
it could be babyfat and be lost as i grow, it could be lost when i cut to 5% bodyfat we'll see
im 12% rn and hollow cheeks are only visible when i flex my massesters and im in good lighting
 
So.. your jaws are recessed basically
 
Shit bones/thick skin/bad fat distribution (get buccal fat removal)

I have this same problem and I think it's related to lactose intolerance and sodium consumption.

Try to cut back on dairy, foods with sodium, etc. as those tend to bloat your face, also drink lot's of water.

Yep if you are boneless going under 15% won't do anything for you. In some cases it can also make the jaw look weaker if you drop below 15%.

Yeah people Ive shown my physique think im 15%, I seem to have overestimated my %, Ive been taking potassium and low sodium intake for debloat already
