What is a better route? Looking to get Trimax and planned for Supraorbital implants and infras. Do I do this and fat graft too? Or?

You are willing to go that far so you should do both, not one or the other.

Implants create the new shape, add structure where it would be needed and fat grafts smooth and soften everything so it looks natural.

Which do I do first?

Implants always come before fat grafts
Wrong, risks are high and even majority of the time results look either unnoticeable or uncanny.

Not necessarily it's case dependent

Many people are just missing fat and benefit very little from implants

U on discord?

Lmao not even taban. There’s a reason why only 2 docs can do saddle infras and they both have no to limited amount of before and afters

That is a fair argument, but I would say it wouldn't be true for infra rim deficiencies, sub-orb flatness, midface retrusions, weak zygos (anything of that nature). At the end of the day it depends on what the person already has which can differ drastically.
