I don’t have super recessed orbital, but i do have just enough to cause unwanted lines. just wanted to know difference in implants vs simple fat grafting. Which ones is safer, difference in cost, and makes more sense for the severity of the recession.

fat grafts obviously less invasive but you just kind of have to visualize what each would look like post op

thanks, might just opt for fat grafting because it’s less money and i’m not completely boneless

yeah it is a lil swollen, my cousin threw a toy at my eye lol. I feel like my lines show more in the dark when I have a flash on it I’ll put an example down below. That’s why I want to get fat grafting.

You dont need anything. But your upper eyelid looks swollen on one side

also those lines are normal you're under harsh lighting

if they look like that normally in normal setting then yeah you could look into having it done

thank bro, i think it’s definitely that too. I think I took that picture after work where I had 2 packs of Ramen noodles. so i was prolly bloated asf. because in that type of lighting is the only way you see it.

i will consider, i’ll try to debloat and do more soft maxes before I fully consider it. It was just a thought in the back of my mind. since in that lighting it looks pretty rough
