It depends on what the cause for your tear trough and eye wrinkles are from. If you have recessed infraorbitals, then a fat gaft won't make too much of a difference.

However, if your undereye bone structure is good, and it really is just a matter of your skin being thin in your undereye region, then yeah it can work wonders

i think my infras are not recressed, the problem is lack of fat in undereye area
