(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

You can fly 5 days post.
I did 6 months before lifting weights, 2 weeks post I was working at 70%, 4 weeks 100% (very physical job).
Use TB500 (there’s a study on its positive effects on angiogenesis post fat grafting, but for memory it was in vitro, still relevant however - not to mention BPC will be ever better, better yet in synergy with each other. I would add GHK to that.
I’ve seen guys accelerate hair transplant recovery by 3 months + (generally a fully result from HT is seen 12-18 months post, in my case, 12, without peptides, however I’ve seen guys have results in the 6-9 month mark comparable to me at the 12 month mark, and I legit did everything right - except peptides lol).

Do you think it's better to get the surgery when I'm shredded or on a bulk?

Also is it possible to larp during the recovery and attribute the swelling and bruising to something else or are the surgery signs too obvious?

Didn’t take photos + will make a thread about it in future I do lateral lash lift which has never been done before.


That’s not a botch.
That’s the best result I’ve ever seen mogs mine to suicide.
I remember this was posted on instagram and someone made a thread about it here but most of the images were taken down, that dude was best case scenario.
Though to my knowledge he also had a lower lid retraction as well.

In future, it’s highly likely I’ll be going back for a top up (to achieve a result closer to that). Though I am totally content atm.

Jfl I heard, I’ve singlehandedly made the clinic world renowned, but I’m glad, since they actually do good work and from what I’ve seen, he’s starting to understand the aesthetic outcomes of blackpilled surgerymaxxers, like I’ve noticed he’s started to be very skilled at creating a straight horizontal line hooding, no matter the shape of the orbit, since there’s been like 15 guys go to him and request it, bro is getting better every time jfl.

Perfect bro. If I were you, just have a toiletry bag, throw one vial in, no bac water, if anything, some “water for injections”, since for memory peps are legal for personal use, keep it labelled as glow or whatever, or label it L Carnitine or some shit.
In Bangkok every second corner will have a pharmacy that sells insulin needles, bac water etc. you can even get the clinic to give you some, I’ve asked and they’re happy to do so.

@SteveRogers thanks for taking the time to help ppl out, amazing results. read the whole thread but have some questions, do you know:

1) can this procedure change your (perceived) ct?

i.e. is there a difference in how a pct vs nct patient should communicate with the surgeon, or are the injection sites standard regardless of overall eye area? i have medium set eyebrows and nct so if possible would like to improve both, and definitely wouldn’t want to make those worse (for eyebrows, maybe the same surgeon could do botox?) i know i need cantho but i'm not low inhib enough for that procedure and its impossible to find good B&As on men so my plan is to fix everything else in eye area and then as last resort do cantho if still death tier

2) for under eye, would you trust this surgeon is qualified to diagnose the cause/type of hyperpigmentation/dark circles to determine if fat grafting is the appropriate treatment? or would you recommend an oculoplastic consult before? (already planning on doing lower eyelid retraction repair with an oculoplastic, feels risky to do with the same surgeon who does the fat grafting but idk maybe i should?)

3) thoughts on grafting to labiomental fold (post genio)? worth it or nah? how much overfill?

4) how long were you supposed to take care of donor area? (for how long will your abdomen look subhuman, at what point can you go on a date?)

@SteveRogers im not sure if u remember me from earlier in the year, so im about to get a consultation soon but was curious if u know or if the clinic advised about the ideal BF% patients should be? Im currently on a cut rn and still getting to my goal weight, so was wondering if there was a specific number since I see someone above asked the same thing

Also im not sure how bad your bruising around your eye area looked & for how long during recovery, but thoughts on ways to larp and attribute the swelling/bruising to something else ??

it was 69k THB just for the grafting, prp cost extra. Recovery was madddd brutal imo, but im really happy with the results, looks better day by day (now 2,5 weeks Post op)

yo i just got mine done, how is recovery for you? when were u able to go out in public again and how long until swelling clesrs up decently. i had mine about 18 hours ago and need to look ok in about 2.5 weeks
