Nice results bro i am planning to get fat transfer on my midface since i have a flat maxilla jfl. At what age do you recommend getting this and how much of your fat has been reabsorbed or metabolized. And if lets say 50% of the fat on your face goes away do you plan on getting a second session and i have been researching on this topic and i saw many cases of problems like lumps even years after fat transfer occurring when you put fat under your eyes since the skin is so thin. Yeah that video is commonly known as dogshit, that’s only happens if the fat isn’t properly processed.

Nah that’s the benefit to fat grafting - however the skin can and will sag - just like all facial fat; as long as it sits above a bone then you’re sweet - and in the case of the hooding - I’m looking forward to the sagging.
But zero fat will be lost, it’s literally integrated 100% “natural” fat now.

For a matter of facts, even normies can tell if someone looks off, showed this picture to my friends and my mom and all of them said there's something off about his appearance.

The cope that "muh normies couldn't tell" is a lie.

Hey man, your results are excellent , seriously the fat to bone ratio is perfect no sagging.


I was set on doing this for my under and upper eyes,
However you really put me off when you said these results where ideal, this is utter botchery. Is there anyway I could avoid results like these and try and get them more like yours?

I have the same worry for the under eye region, I don’t want eye bags from too much fat.
Regardless amazing results for you, 100% worth it.

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

Idk what the max tag is but I’ll do 10 at a time

Will a fat graft help poor / negative hooding or are implants my only option? I plan to get eye area surgery next year but I’m unclear of which direction to go in

Came across your reply and literally have the same list of procedures lol. I was wondering tho, based on your research, do u know if the order matters? Like is it important to do bimax first and then graft under eyes after? Or is it okay to do graft first and then bimax later, because the bimax's cut isnt high enough to affect the eyes anyways?

Asking cuz I need way more time to save up for bimax, but fat graft's cost seems like something i can get done and outta way pretty soon.

Nah not mostly, but certainly somewhat, so it works like, if you harvest from belly, it will shrink at the same pace as your belly fat, or lower back etc. each body part has its own set of body fat that acts in different ways, ideally, have it harvested from an area that is “stubborn”.
You’d be incredibly surprised as to how little you need.
Indeed I do recommend being like 10% when you get it done if you don’t need heaps.

also im expecting this to cost <4k for travel + surgery cost, is it worth it if im just going for fat grafts? I can do it locally in the us where im from which seems more practical, but then again the grafts alone might cost more than my entire trip.

I am going to get this as well , requesting an over fill in 2 months time .... my plan is now to get as lean as possible then when I get them to go on slightly above maintenance (also getting the PRP which was given at a very generous price. Which hair clinic would you recommend for less than 1k grafts in thailand? and should i get the hairtransplant first then the under eye fat would love to hear peoples thoughts

For hair go to Absolute Hair Clinic, it’s close by - make sure you get your infra temples / sideburns in order to elongate perceived PFL and ES.
Hair transplant first, fat grafting after.
Go through this thread, read all my responses, all of my advice is found here, not much more I can say without respecting myself like 30x times.

Yeah you can style it like that - it’s the same idea that having curtain hairstyle widens your perceived ESR and PFL as the width of your eyes is a larger percentage of your infra temple width.
It’s a strong and long held misconception, debunked and actively acted upon by @LiterallyNightwing and myself, that wide cheekbones are the reason for cyclops tier eye spacing concerns, it is in fact, temple width - that is, the width of the infra temple in line with your iris, that determines the visual orientation of your eyes, being that of either exotic or cuck tier.
That being said, zygo width IS important, just not as important, I’ll be getting mine covered too when I get my secondary HT and fat grafting.
Don’t do nasolabials, it will make them worse over time. Forehead is fine, avoid your temples like the plague though lol, ideally get it along the line of your eyebrow, no further, both above and below your eye.
A week is fine, but ideally as fast as possible, I react really badly to antibiotics, so you can ask to do yours without, they’ll just use a topical antibiotic.
If you have heaps of money, get side delts and calves done too, they also do genio, neck lift, buccal fat removal etc. too, no idea how good or bad they are at this, but for fat grafting they’re world class.
