Yeah I had it done too. There was like yellow shit oozing and Harding from all over my face for like a week. Then it was lumpy for a few months until it all looked normal.

Damn good stuff, at what point could you go out in public and not look like a deformed bee sting victim, also u just got fat grafts right and in rattinan I assume?

That being said I had absolutely brutal swelling looked subhuman until about 13 days after the surgery it started to go down a lot, I first thought I got botched, pictures are taken 17 days after surgery

My ptosis was so was bad it started affecting my vision, appearance altered after this surgery pretty drastically, they almost didn't let me into my country when I showed them my passport. Finasteride and minoxidil helped my hair too

Your eyes were straight up subhuman and became mogger, absolutely mirin' this lifefuel. How would one know if they have ptosis and how much of a cosmetic change did the ptosis correction alone make? Are you also planning on getting more fat tansferred for your undereyes as well as potentially a lower eyelid blepharoplasty?

Fat grafting normally runs around 5k + 1-2k in hospital fees. Generally but not always they will take it from the inner part of your upper thigh near your junk. Ptosis is another 5-7k.

My prices are in American land. If you go to bangkok gotta be way way less expensive.

I got it done in Thailand I think I paid around 6k for fat graft+prp+nanofat and ptosis repair. The stitch was on my belly button. As bones dude said the recovery was pretty bad for me too, I looked very swollen in my face and eyebrows were very raised (you will look like shit the first couple of weeks, to the point where u don't want to go outside). I honestly think the ptosis repair did just as much as the fat grafting, as my UEE was horrible, it totally ruined my face.

I actually feel much more alert and not tired in my eyes as I used to always be, it really made a difference to my eye health. I don't think I have had a headache one time since the surgery, before I got it at least 1-2 times per week. I think fixing health issues should be nr1 priority when doing surgery.

On the train I noticed a lady stared at me, like really staring which almost never happened before. I honestly didn't know how to react and got a bit intimidated. She was gl but I still have anxiety and insecurity so I didn't approach her. I kind of regret not approaching, I need some kind of medicine to lower my inhibition and shyness

Weird how no one at my work commented about it, some just stared at me couple of seconds and didn't say anything haha. I don't know if its in my head or not but it feels like people treat me better.

Also I thought it looked weird with 0 UEE, now at least a small part of my upper eyelid is visible which I honestly prefer and is better for appeal. Also had mad swelling before esp around the temples and below eyebrows but now it looks more natural

I'm happy with my eyes, I don't think more surgery would improve them to the point where it's worth it. In my case rhino or genio would give higher ROI. It depends on if you have UEE that is caused by upper eyelid ptosis or not, you have to ask a doctor about it. The idiot doctors in my country never said anything, even though I complained several times that I always felt tired in my eyes and my vision in left eye is significantly worse than right eye. It was easy to spot, Taveechai literally spotted it in seconds, I just didn't know that a surgery could fix it.

Fat grafting is just UEE concealment, it doesn't actually treat the cause of it. I linked below so you can see the difference just ptosis repair does in case you have it:

For some people the ptosis repair would ascend them more, some people need fat grafting more, some people need canthopexy or several other/more procedures lol, it depends on your base and what you are looking to get out of the surgery. I did the research myself beforehand to spot my flaws and how to fix them, I also wanted to do canthopexy but he said he didn't think it was necessary as I already had neutral/slightly positive canthal tilt. I should make a thread about eye procedures as I did a ton of research beforehand

I think he injected fat to my brow ridge or forehead, temples, under my eyebrows, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, undereye area.

Do you know in which areas he did nano fat and in which ones he did the macrofat?

My plan is to get macro fat (volume) done only in the supra and infraorbital area, and to get all the other facial wrinkles/lines treated wit the nanofat + microneedling as I dont want to risk looking like a monkey with volume in my cheeks/temples etc.

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

Funny thing...the procedure felt delightful, but I was not fully lucid until they stood me up and handed me the mirror.
I was in a state to push for more, but honestly was not looking for the most extreme result.

Truthfully want the 'he looks better, but I can't put my finger on it' subconscious effect in others.

Looking at their advertised prices and what people have said in this thread they seem to be charging ~50% what Americans charge(a few exceptions). Then you need an aiplane ticket to Thailand. So your savings are nominal to nothing to do the eye surgery, in Bangkok. That said the work seems very high quality.

I don't know any surgeon in the US who is producing these types of results. I've reviewed a lot of them.

I'm also a huge snob when it comes to doing PS, basically America unless a rare case then S. Korea. However, outside of ptosis ie canto/bleph/fat grafting. These things almost all surgeons can do a good job at. Ptosis repair is a bit more tricky and for sure not something you want fucked up or its a serious problem.

Its a more forgiving surgery then a lot of them ie rhinoplasty, lifts, or bone work ect. Given the aesthetic quality of the results, and the fact the risk is fairly low risk and hard to fuck up. It's probably worth doing in Bangkok. I can't believe I said that.

I mean a ptosis + fat grafting would be 13-15k USD by what you just said. A flight to Thailand and hotel fees + food would probably be $2k and then the surgery itself is $6k which would essentially be $8k, alot less than going to some american surgeon

I didn't opt out as much as I really didn't think about it. Figured if I eventually wanted grafting to the under eye, it could be done at a later time. Hooding with a definitive lateral crease was the singular goal.

In general, I always opt for as little as possible to maintain an organic result. In the end he did them anyway.

I’ll let everyone know once I do it - I think if you have Jared Leto tier eyes, your best bet is to do a combination of both, fat grafts are essential for some.

It can work well but requires hyper specific set of circumstances, generally its way over used and is crap. vrcek should know though as he's generally rated as one of the higher skilled ocular plastic surgeons.

Adding some data points since I just got this done at Rattinan with Dr. Game (not Tacheevi) 4 days ago. Filled the fuck out of the infras, a bit on zygos and temples, and some on supras.
Everyone so far is right about needing to be insistent on overfilling basically as much as possible if you look anything like the people who have posted pics so far.
During the procedure when they finally showed me the mirror to ask if I’m sarisfied, I unironically looked as botched if not more than bogdanoff due to the swelling. They said they already filled by 200% (4mL instead or 2mL in the undereye for example) so I basically just called it there besides some minor tweaks cuz it would be OVER if I looked even half that bad.
I’ve been healing from the swelling really fast. I got it Monday afternoon, it’s Friday morning, and I already look pretty much presentable swelling wise, besides the yellowish-green discoloration/bruising.
I would be pretty happy with this as my final result after my eyebrows/UEE lower like people have been saying happens, but it’s still probably over for me and I’ll need to go for a second round if it gets like >15% smaller
These pictures are kinda shit and angle frauded but at least I’ll post my ‘final’ results 2 months or so from now and try to be same angle/lighting as pre-op

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.
