FAT GRAFTING RESULTS (HIGHLY REQUESTED)

I looked ridiculous in my post op pics but I kind of mogged when I took random selfies, whereas now I’m back to being insecure

My exact experience

He already posted about this a year ago.
If you can get it, as soon as you can, start using BPC 157 and ideally GHK Cu too either subq in your belly (though it will feel weird and tender so I’d advise not to, instead…) or in your ventroglute area, just with an insulin needle.
If you do this, expect an additional 15% or so retention, you would only need to do it EOD for about 3 weeks to get this return.

A lot more died than I expected, especially zygos. I basically just look like a slightly better version of my “before”, which was basically my goal especially for symmetry. Not trying to create any halos without a base for them.
If any more of this dies I’ll be very tempted to do a touch up on the infras and maybe do some research again on if I should to overboard. I looked ridiculous in my post op pics but I kind of mogged when I took random selfies, whereas now I’m back to being insecure
I’m “satisfied” in the grand scheme of things, but not exactly for a price $3k when there are other hardmaxxes I want

5 weeks post-op (the angle should be very similar to the pre-op pic I posted):

As you can see my eyebrows have indeed dropped to basically pre op levels while the fat has also significantly reduced my UEE

And on that note, what’s the definitive answer for how long we have to wait before lifting again (not in caloric deficit)? No way it’s 6 fucking months
If I compare to your pre op and if it’s not frauded, then to me you basically removed a failo you had. And a pretty big one. Also less UEE but really what’s important here are the infras.

And did the zygos fat left first or was it gradual with all parts of the face ? Meaning maybe if you had done more on zygos it would’ve stayed like infras.

I think I’ll likely do 2 sessions 6 months apart. I have at least the same base with very hollow undereyes and tear through like you had.

Have you had any reaction from friends or family btw ?

Also I think 6months no gym is overblown

Had a consultation with Dr. Taveechai yesterday, I had congenital eyebags since birth and got bleph to remove them a while back, pretty sure they removed far too much fat and now I have brutally hollow undereyes, discoloration, asymmetry and some drooping of the lower lids. Still unsure if infra implants are necessary in my case, but seems like implants are so hard to get right in the undereye region, so it would be awesome if I could achieve a MTN eye area without going that route. Here's me (worst possible angle and lighting, tried to make it look as bad as possible):

ac23e2f19daf17e321202af67dd4fce5.png

Dr. Taveechai seemed very optimistic that fat grafting + canthopexy could give me satisfactory result and I decided to book it since it doesn't seem particularly high-risk. Still have consults scheduled with several surgeons who do implants, so maybe they will change my mind, talking to Ramieri tomorrow.

Mirin results one of the best fatgrafting results I've seen. I hope I'll get you're results after I get this done my under eyes are very similar to yours in your before pic

This mf is very optimistic for anything JFL
You can ask him if he can graft some on your penis and he’ll say yes iam very optimistic sir

But yes you’re a good candidate you’ll likely need 2 sessions tho i think.

When do you plan on doing it ?

Late August realistically, have some events planned in April and May and don't want to spend the summer swollen at home. Planning to stay in Thailand for at least a month when I get it done, so should be able to evaluate if I need a top up at the monthly check up.

Nigga unironically said I could add 2” of girth jfl.
Fat grafting to penis would be so ideal if it worked - apparently it’s like worse than lips in terms of retention.
But yes you’re a good candidate you’ll likely need 2 sessions tho i think.
agreed - I think there’s a limit to how much fat we can retain per session.

Hence why I’m opting for superior orbital retaining ligament release as opposed to a top up as I don’t think even the maximum retention of fat would be enough.

I added plenty of fat right above the lateral canthus to make it more straight (I explicitly told them i want it to be a straight line) but alas a lot of it died. More pronounced than before ngl. Is that even a failo?

At this point, both infras and UEE are still improved. It's subtle yet noticeable.
If I'm not mistaken, you can expect minor changes on the recipient site up to 6 months after the procedure ; although you get a close idea of the final result at the +6/+8 week mark.

If they’re not blackpilled and go conservative you won’t get the same results.

The price is also much higher at least in UK.

Do you know of any clinics in Europe that have before and after photos of the same quality of results that Rattinan were giving? Because I searched hard and could not find any.

Flight prices to Asia have rocketed because of Iran and I’m probably not going to be able to do my fat grafting there now.

What does blackpilled even means in the context of ps? Is there any other reason to do plasic surgery procedure than aesthetic improvement? here, some non-descript serbian ps guy, price 1000e. Just tell him to overfill u 200% and mix it with prp. Its a simple outpatient procedure not a leforft 3.

okay so this is me being a little too autistic but like
if you just get a little filler on the medial canthus hooding part to make the hooding straight vs negative it will do you very well

Yes, second guy is Maher lol. One of the main reasons why I'd do a 2nd procedure is to refill the medial canthus area (almost all of it died, RIP). But it's a VERY fine line between adding too little and too much once you get closer to the medial canthus itself rather than just the supraorbital.
You can see that in my 4 days post op pic that it can blur out prominence of actual eye "outline" and you'll lose contour/strikingness.

In my case I think ptosis correction did just as much, if not more than the fat graft itself, as I had severe UEE. I think most people need more than just 1 procedure, I'm thinking of doing infraorbital implants or cantho/lower eyelid retraction but don't know if the ROI is there or not.

I’m going to put minimal effort into this.

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

I guess my main problem would be getting the time off work TWICE. I don't know what you guys do for work but that would essentially be a month off of work.

Do you think perhaps too much was injected on Supras?
And prolly you’ll lose some on Supras and eyesbrows will lower.
Now you look fat Idk if that’s on the doc or just you’re retaining the graft in a different way
Undereye looks better tho
I feel the same for me, after 3 weeks. Maybe I wasn't a good canditate, maybe it's just swelling... I think about using ice and exercising to try to kill it

Still love the under eyes though. Best ROI. But if you have enough supraorbital fat to begin with, you might need to skip that part imo.

maybe just need to wait 3-4 months, there is still swelling, the fat will die or probably both

did you go to looksmax.orgs clinic in Bangkok? Your fat retained super well in the under eye area better than most which could be due to the glow stack which aligns with my thread https://looksmax.org/threads/bpc-157-in-fat-grafting-survival.1938841/
What are you upset about? Your results look really good, even though your eye area isn't ideal. You will need other procedures.
Yeah I did. Thanks a lot bhai. Hard to get used to new look when you can't recognize yourself anymore. Hooding is still arched and not straight, eyebrows are higher, people tell me I look like an Asian now. Maybe still an improvement, I wanted it to be not so obvious after 3 weeks though.

Was also considering frontalis botox to lower the eyebrows and maybe to get some hooding, now it wouldn't help much since the gap between eyebrow and eye are so full. Pushing frontalis/eyebrows down doesn't look that good anymore.

I swear I can see why youd think the Supra look it gave you is bad but I don’t know you so I can say objectively it looks way better now . Idgaf if it makes you look more Asian if it makes you look less subhuman.
And infra, yes literally saved from the god.

Thing is your pre op eye area is incredibly bad, I think OD-worth bad. Now your eyes look way more pleasant to look at. But yes you’re not achieving any hunter eye look or whatever without implants or something.

Also I agree with above, why didn’t you do some kind of canthopexy ? Didn’t the surgeon recommend it ?
Also when did you start the KLOW stack ? Directly after surgery ?

Yeah, I had bug eyes. Eye area is my biggest failo with really bad nasolabial folds. Along with infras, nasolabial folds are also much better now. I had worse eyebrow sharp (really bended edges) so with fat grafts to temples they also became better, even I look bloated and as if I have 10% more bodyfat now.
I also got upper-cheek fat graft after doc suggested me. Actually cheeks were my only concern but it doesn't seem bad unless I smile and doctor said it's mostly fluid from swelling.

I'm too high inhib for OD but I would be a good candidate for that, indeed. Supra and infra implants would be helpful too but that would be much more expensive and invasive surgery. I just saved 5k and directly went to Thailand for hardmax. No, he didn't suggest canthopexy. I started Glow stack 2 days after.
I did a strict cut 2 weeks before the surgery and I had already low bf around 11% and I didn't sleep well to hollowmaxx my infras.
After surgery I took lots of proteins, collagen, almost 0 salt after 2 weeks as clinic suggested. Head elevated, no hairdryer etc.

I have hard time to hide it from long distance oneitis, she wants to make video call but I don't know when it'll look less obvious...

For the other people I have to see, I will try to get away with saying I boxed in Thailand and have bruising and swelling from that :lul:

I get your concern. This is still early stage after surgery, and you'll probably look significantly better in 3-4 weeks from now. If the swelling hasn't gone down by then, you could indeed take measures to reduce fat's survival in the supras.
Infras are looking very good though ! Once the swelling is gone, if fat survives at such a high rate, you will get a damn near ideal result.

For the other people I have to see, I will try to get away with saying I boxed in Thailand and have bruising and swelling from that :lul:
for me it started looking more natural after like 5-6 weeks

For ease of use, pre-op VS +3 weeks :

I get your concern. This is still early stage after surgery, and you'll probably look significantly better in 3-4 weeks from now. If the swelling hasn't gone down by then, you could indeed take measures to reduce fat's survival in the supras.
Infras are looking very good though ! Once the swelling is gone, if fat survives at such a high rate, you will get a damn near ideal result.

Sheeeiiiiiiittt. It's over. :feelskek:
whats your thoughts on EZ gel instead of Fat grafting under eyes? Only cons I can find of it is it's not permanent (lasts 6–12 months) and also requires a series of 2-3 treatments to get the best result. But the no downtime is really attractive as fat grafting recovery sucks
