I did a strict cut 2 weeks before the surgery and I had already low bf around 11% and I didn't sleep well to hollowmaxx my infras.
After surgery I took lots of proteins, collagen, almost 0 salt after 2 weeks as clinic suggested. Head elevated, no hairdryer etc.
I have hard time to hide it from long distance oneitis, she wants to make video call but I don't know when it'll look less obvious...
For the other people I have to see, I will try to get away with saying I boxed in Thailand and have bruising and swelling from that

Only cons I can find of it is it's not permanent (lasts 6–12 months) and also requires a series of 2-3 treatments to get the best result. I get your concern. This is still early stage after surgery, and you'll probably look significantly better in 3-4 weeks from now. If the swelling hasn't gone down by then, you could indeed take measures to reduce fat's survival in the supras.
Infras are looking very good though ! Once the swelling is gone, if fat survives at such a high rate, you will get a damn near ideal result.

Your eyes looks much better even if it looks asian, hopefully undereye fat survives, I think you were a candidate for cantho/lower lid retraction repair. I think this doctor is against doing them unless you have severe case. I should have gotten it as well
Filler but with your own blood kinda. You heard of PRF? It starts off like that like they draw your blood but PRF is liquid which sucks for volume repair so what they do is they use a machine making it become a filler like gel. It doesn't migrate as it's your own blood and it also has many collagen benefits

Thanks a lot for the hopium bhais. Actually I don't have much problem looking Asian (as longs as it mogs) but I don't want people around me to understand that I got an aesthetic surgery. They ask what happened. Maybe I should just use sun glasses and say I have an eye infection but that wouldn't take much, 3-4 weeks to heal, can't get away with that.

Did ou get canthopexy? Your eye shape legit changed. The hooding/upper eyelid looks a little off right now but your under eye area and eye shape makes your after results a lot better.
That's the one area I don't really understand when people say they plan to get 2-3 sessions of fat grafting done... like how can you take that much time off of work or whatever you're doing to just go off to Thailand? I would do the same otherwise
I feel like it's too drastic of a change for it not to be noticeable. You could just say you got like fillers as that's similar and more normalized. I'm actually curious how other people who have performed this dealt with this.

No. Probably that's why I couldn't recognize myself anymore. I started to like the new shape after 2 weeks. It got a new shape thanks to infraorbital fats and became smaller. Less scleral show. I saw similar results from infraorbital implants, that's why I decided it's a nobrainer surgery with really good ROI as written here, especially someone with my eyebags and booked a consulting, got it done asap. My eyesight legit felt smaller after the surgery and eyes needed 2 days to adapt it jfl. I got more looks from people, don't know if it's because that I look better or it looks uncanny though.
It's easy with 2-3 years apart. Time off from work depends on your country/company a lot, which can be really easy.
I read on .org enough topics that saying you should hide your looksmaxes especially hardmaxxing. Don't worry brother only people closest to you will comment on it. So many asked so I just straight up told them I got ptosis repair because it was affecting my vision(it did). I never told them about the fat grafting tho.
You are visibly very swollen still, only at 3 weeks. The volume will greatly reduce when you get to the 2 month mark and more, just wait. Also, from personal experience the reduced scleral show from fat graft is just from the swelling, i also had this effect at first because the swelling kinda tightens that area, but it's mostly gone now. Maybe it can permanently reduce scleral show, but only very slightly.

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.
These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.
If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I totally agree. Lowering the eyebrows and make them straight is really hard though. That's why I was considering frontalis botox too but the results would be short term. I mentioned this concern to doctor too. On consulting he mentioned that we could lower them 1-2mm with fat graft but somehow didn't inject there, idk. He said eyebrows wouldn't be raised and after said that I need to wait. Now I just pray that he is right and space between doesn't stay worse than even before.

Yeah I always go with this logic if I get asked. Why did I get a Rhino? I didn't I got a rhinosepto to fix my septum but open rhino was required as septoplasty alone failed to address the issue... usually aesthetics and functions go hand in hand so in most instances you can justify it with this stuff.
