I was with Dr taveechai and yes his English was decent but ig he was also noding and pretended he understood.
But still he understood some stuff I said

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

I also lowered my bodyfat bit. Looking good or bad and puffy depending on the day. Some angles look great, some looks bad. Early in the morning looks more swollen, looks better at evening. Just started to like my results. Undereye fat survivability seems lower than the upper eyelid.

I got it done in Thailand I think I paid around 6k for fat graft+prp+nanofat and ptosis repair. The stitch was on my belly button. As bones dude said the recovery was pretty bad for me too, I looked very swollen in my face and eyebrows were very raised (you will look like shit the first couple of weeks, to the point where u don't want to go outside). I honestly think the ptosis repair did just as much as the fat grafting, as my UEE was horrible, it totally ruined my face.

I actually feel much more alert and not tired in my eyes as I used to always be, it really made a difference to my eye health. I don't think I have had a headache one time since the surgery, before I got it at least 1-2 times per week. I think fixing health issues should be nr1 priority when doing surgery.

On the train I noticed a lady stared at me, like really staring which almost never happened before. I honestly didn't know how to react and got a bit intimidated. She was gl but I still have anxiety and insecurity so I didn't approach her. I kind of regret not approaching, I need some kind of medicine to lower my inhibition and shyness

Weird how no one at my work commented about it, some just stared at me couple of seconds and didn't say anything haha. I don't know if its in my head or not but it feels like people treat me better.

Also I thought it looked weird with 0 UEE, now at least a small part of my upper eyelid is visible which I honestly prefer and is better for appeal. Also had mad swelling before esp around the temples and below eyebrows but now it looks more natural

I read that 19% is a good range for a fat transfer but considering the fact that most people who get fat transfers are women looking to fill their breasts or get a BBL I'm aware that you need considerably less fat deposits if you're only looking to fill your face. But how low can I safely dip without this becoming an issue?

you'll be fine at 15%, i would even recommend to be leaner than that. I'm getting this in a month and im about 12-11%, its more about where you store it rather than percentage. Be sub 10% if you can.

Where does storage matter more? I hear lower abdominal fat is a bit more stubborn and possesses higher survival rates for fat transfers.

Do you know in which areas he did nano fat and in which ones he did the macrofat?

My plan is to get macro fat (volume) done only in the supra and infraorbital area, and to get all the other facial wrinkles/lines treated wit the nanofat + microneedling as I dont want to risk looking like a monkey with volume in my cheeks/temples etc.
