Fat Grafting upper and lower eyelid and canthoplasty from different surgeons?

I was wondering if it was wise to get a fat graft and a canthoplasty from different surgeons. Dr Sydney Coleman’s results for under eye hollowness looks insane but he’s not an oculoplastic surgeon.
