Fat loss and muscle building all natural (16yo)

I am 16yo male and 6'1, 175lbs. I am currently chubby and am wondering how I can efficiently lose fat while putting on muscle without neglecting myself of nutrients. I have been way to pussy recently and coping because I did not want to screw up my growth during puberty so I would prefer safe and simple habits/methods. I also gym 3-5 times a week and get some cardio done at school. Also trying to eat below 1800 cals most days.

Just go on a low calorie deficit (~200) eat enough carbs and get your micronutrients in, don't overdo the protein or fat
