For every 1°C above standard body temperature is around a 7-13% increase in metabolism. In my case right now I’ve got a fever of 39.6 degrees, meaning my BMR is from around 19% to 36% higher. Bear In mind clen is a 15% increase at most, stack this with dnp and you can be burning nearly 80% more calories
