Diet matters in everything. Every meal you eat, when you eat, how often you eat and exactly what you’re consuming.

Diet doesn’t just effect weight, but skin, cognitive ability and in pre-pubescent cases height and general growth.
If you want to lose fat, eat right, work out and start injecting retatrutide. In 5-6 months you’ll be drastically different.

Also depending how fast you lose the weight you can also fuck yourself over with loose skin. Correct me if i’m wrong.
