Favorite split?

What’s everyone’s favorite split in here? I’ve been doing kind of a anterior posterior type split, really just ppl with no legs and you had quads to push and hamstrings/calfs to pull

lowkey i barely workout anymore

i just do a few sets of bench then some curls in the mirror for 30 min

sometimes il do a set or two of barbell rows if im feeling super anabolic

since i hopped on roids my motivation for the gym is like 10x lower
 
Wow that’s super interesting, been natty lifting for about 4 monthsish now and I’ve had hella motivation to go. Wonder how it’ll be on gear

Just do a full body 2 to 3 times a week.
Doing too much Will rape your growth lol, importante Is you do the training well and then recover.

splits are cope
 
I think that it’s all enjoyment based but there are spilts that are better than others, if you really want to gain as much muscle as possible I don’t think one should stick with a bro split
