FB 3x a week

So 3 sets a week is ideal you utter retard ? @Gio pilled its proven by science that you need at least 5-10 sets for maximal growth and I have the studies.

Bro your close to right but for some "big muscles" 1 is plenty the study's might say otherwise but they might be doing another split in the study so it's pointless

I could do upper lower with 2 sets, I understand what you mean. By RIR, I usually do 2 but I stop when I had a struggle rep.
RiR 2 is pretty low go to RiR 1

I want to do fb 3x a week, 1 set each movement. I need approval if this is good for a natural:feelsgood::feelswhy:
FBEOD is most optimal, although 3x works too if ur short on time.

1 set isnt always the best though, if you can recover from it do 2 sets - 6 to 12 sets per muscle groups per week is ideal

but if you can recover from it, up the volume

if ur gonna do UL or FBEOD why wouldn't you have lateral raises if your tryna frame maxx also why would you have shoulder press and incline barbell in the same workout
Stop with the "you don't need shoulder press, it gets enough stimulus from chest presses" propaganda. He's gonna end up having underdeveloped front delts because of you. Side delts also have good leverage to abduct the shoulder below 90 degrees, which means the first half of shoulder press is mostly side delts. So, shoulder press makes the most sense for someone taking a minimalist approach like him.

there are other excercises than shoulder press for front delt, also i never said to drop it I said he can add a front delt excercise and drop shoulder press or just drop incline press you need to read

u did NOT say any of this😂

This is all u said boy. You have TikTok knowledge and focus too much on isolating everything. There are nuances to everything. If you didn't have the comprehension of a Neanderthal, you would understand that in this guy's situation, he does not have enough time to be super optimal, and he does not have the best equipment. So, doing more compounds like shoulder press would work best FOR HIM
