I know this isn't exaclty a gym forum, but does anyone know how to program good fboed? I want to change from 3xFBW but i dont know how to do ts, i saw some 20-30 set training days on YouTube and gave up there. Also i would like to prioritize my arms because there are my weakest point in physique, what frequency should i use? Also how much time you guys spend on one training with this split
