Fboed programming

I know this isn't exaclty a gym forum, but does anyone know how to program good fboed? I want to change from 3xFBW but i dont know how to do ts, i saw some 20-30 set training days on YouTube and gave up there. Also i would like to prioritize my arms because there are my weakest point in physique, what frequency should i use? Also how much time you guys spend on one training with this split

dont do fboed do 4x a week anterior posterior and learn about sbl cl theres a really good gym mega thread for begginers

you can usually find a decent fbeod split on tiktok from random sbl niche creators (you dont need 30 set sessions lol) if you want to prioritize arms put them first every session and you could even up volume slightly. an avg session takes 1-2 hours depends if ur w friends or trying new excerises etc.. run fbeod or if you want to spend more time in the gym you could run ant/pos minimal rest days (this is what I run) although it will be harder to program as there can be overlap with some muscles in different exercises.
 
30 set session fbeod split would actually kill you.

jacob oestricher and nationaesthetic on tiktok are good and have spoke on what to do for you upper day.

1 exercise per muscle group so:
pec dec (chest)
shoulder press full rom (delts)
upper back row (upper back/rear delts)

etcetc
