feedback on my surgical ascension (morph)

high cut lefort i
rhinoplasty
supraorbital rim implants
chin implant
infra-malar implants (not very apparent in picture but i have flat under-eyes and frontal zygos)
fox eye lift
eyebrow transplant


additional issues fixed post-morph:

hairline, through minoxidil/dutasteride/hair transplant
leanness
skin imperfections
eyebrow/eyelash density/darkness (latisse, caster oil)

*note that around my cheeks and midface post-morph there's some errant shading, if you're giving feedback don't mind this issue, i was trying to demonstrate leanness*


any and all feedback is welcome, i mainly want to know if the final result is possible and whether or not achieving similar results is within the realm of possibility.

im too ignorant when it comes to the maxfac logistics of functionally performed lefort procedures and whether or not i can get a higher cut for aesthetic reasons, so i don't know who can perform it unfortunately

as for where the cut is, i was thinking of a variation that cuts into my pyriform aperture which will effectively advance part of my alar base and not just my premaxilla

and no i don't need genio, an implant will do. i want more chin angularity and minor projection (genio can't change the actual shape of the chin's bone)
rhino will look dogshit without underlying maxillary support, it'll look very contrived and awkward alone. imagine having a very refined projected nose but then an ethnically dogshit recessed maxilla that can't even support it. doesn't work like that

i think there’s a common misconception that being deeply invested in these autistic LM spaces or spending time in niche analytical threads doing this morph bs automatically means someone lacks balance in the rest of their life but that isn’t true at all in my case. i have other things going for me but im an all or nothing person and once i recognize something as important im unapologetically going to take it seriously and do everything in my power to actualize my potential.
physical appearance has a real fucking measurable impact on one's quality of life, and with the growing discussion around lookism, it’s becoming harder and harder to deny that. choosing to improve it is just adapting to the superficial world we live in, it doesn't need to be some cynical pathological type of deal jfl
and as for “having fun,” its not like i avoid people out of bitterness or malice. i just don’t connect well with most people my age, and i don’t find those environments productive to be a part of. that’s more of a personal preference shaped by more complicated reasons not a sign that something is wrong with me

Don't listen to the infants in replies, this is a good post, op. In fact it's more than achievable with just filler for the majority, so hardmaxxing will take it all the way. Hopefully you find a surgeon who does everything properly.

One advice: Forget about the hairline gains with finasteride and minoxidil this will never lower your hairline so much.
You seem like a good candidate for hairline lowering surgery which has in comparison to hair transplant no regrowth phase and looks more natural in my opinion.
